I carefully select the finest local, seasonal ingredients and, when necessary, the highest quality products from Italy. The menu predominantly features Italian cuisine, honoring traditional recipes and regional flavors while also incorporating modern techniques along with influences from Australian and Asian cuisines. I am more than happy to accommodate dietary needs, special requests, and to create personalized menus.
